OK, so I know that planning a wedding is no big thing. Women do it all the time. But here's the deal.....I have never been to a wedding with bridesmaids and groomsmen. I've never even seen what one looks like. So I'm muddling through this the best way I know how.

The dress is on its way. It will probably need altering when it arrives, but fiddle dee dee I'll worry about that later.

We are addressing envelopes for the invitations and getting them out. Holy crap!...63 cents postage on the outside and 39 cents on the inside. That's more than a dollar each for postage! That stuff is starting to add up!$$$$$

I finally made a decision on the color of the bridesmaids dresses. I think. Black with gold jewelry? We'll see how that looks.

Flowers, cake, caterer, drinks, music, equipment rental, parking, officiant, tuxedos, rehearsal dinner.......the list goes on and on. All these things and more I'm sure I didn't think about must be decided upon and arranged. Did I mention that I have no idea what I'm doing?

If any of you loving souls out there have any suggestions on how to make this a smoother job, I would be forever indebted to you!!!!!
