THE HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE RAMSAY, on November 5^th 2007, in the Superior Court of Justice in Kitchener, ordered Reverend Baldasaro into the prisoners box and then ordered him to kneel before the Honourable Court. Then, after harassing and intimidating Reverend Baldasaro, Mr. Justice Ramsay excluded him from the courtroom, and acting as complainant, prosecutor and judge, went on to find Reverend Tucker and Reverend Baldasaro, in absentia, guilty of fraud for obtaining an unopposed Order (on Reverend Tucker’s Motion to return $2,100.00 and all evidence taken by the Hamilton Police which was no longer required for Trial on November 13, 2007), from him on October 4^th 2007 at Hamilton.  

MR. LOU STREZOS, Counsel for the Attorney General of Canada, created this situation by his  negligence, as he swore in his affidavit that he “was too busy to open the Motion served upon him on November 2, 2007” which was why he “did not show up to oppose Reverend Tucker’s Motion”. Mr. Justice Ramsay then confirmed the commencement of a 3 week Trial by Judge and Jury on charges of trafficking in Church Sacrament, God’s Tree of Life, Marijuana at 10 A.M, TUESDAY, NOVEMBER 13^TH 2007, at the John Sopinka Court House, 6^th floor, Main St., E., Hamilton.
